It belongs to long pistachio category and known as late-bearing fruit. it is famouse for its great taste, the kernel is green and its skin is stained and dull. Akbari pistachio is classified based on the size, including 20-22, 24-26 and 26-28
the harvesting time of Akbari pistachio is late September; therefore, you need to wait longer in the crop season for the new harvest.
