Kalute Dates are also known as Kali Dates and they are native to Iran. Kalute Dates are a type of wet Date that is cultivated in Jiroft, Iran.They are very tasty with mediom syrup (not completely dry and not completely nectar). These Dates have a meaty texture and easily chewed in the mouth. They have a good quality and are considered as one of the most important commercial varieties in Iran.
Kalute Dates are relatively small compared to other kinds of Dates and they have elongated shape and dark brown color.
Kalute Dates are very similar to Mazafati Dates and aside from their delicious taste, Kalute Dates are very nutritious. They are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals which make them a great choice as a healthy snack.
